We are looking to employ a knowledgeable and experienced Budtender to assist customers in
selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Budtender include greeting
and welcoming customers, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational
issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address customer
concerns. You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding the different
strains of cannabis, their uses, and methods of consumption.
Fullfillment Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and professional individuals to fulfill the role of a Fulfillment Specialist at our cannabis dispensary. The Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for managing eComand in-person order fulfillment, ensuring the accuracy of customer orders, checking inventory stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory at all times.
Cashier and Receptionist
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages and provide information as
needed. Review and respond to incoming emails as necessary. Register clients and verify their identification. Verify customers are at least 21 years of age. Checkout and fulfill customer orders using Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Provide information about products, pricing, and current promotions.
